Ted Kennedy

We have lost, yet, another imperfect friend. A family man, whose lapse took decades to amend. Whose congeniality in gentility will always abide, whose search for universal equality in us still resides. Let none who have not serve so reply. Mourn, Edward Kennedy has died.

An honorable tribute Debbie gal, this is beautifully written and deeply felt. You say true. The wound of such a great loss reopened as I read this. Your stopping by was nothing less than the sun on a rainy day. This year really sucks, to be blunt, and its not over yet. Could be worse, and I guess eventually, it will be. How's that for optimism? : )) Miss you too. xoxoxo

Hi Deb, What wonderful tribute you have written for a GREAT MAN. Greatness lies in those who have lived made mistakes, learned from them, and made amends buy making the world a better place. A father was such a man. Love, Lainie

Sad to see someone who served our country for so many years and experience the tradegy that his family did go his end from the terrible disease of cancer. Nicely written. Keep writing. Sara
