Green Tea is about as healthy as you can get; tons of antioxidants in there. I's got wonderful flavor; glad you enjoy it. Beautifully penned piece about it.

Green tea is SO good for us. I am trying to drink it now at least twice a day. and learning to drink tea morning, noon and night now. A very good habit to be sure. I have not heard of things heating up in Hong Kong. That sounds worrisome. (don't listen much to news)
