Starting With grains of sand Supporting In a cup Pouring water Over Till there is no trace But murky brown Top with sweetness Sugar or condense milk Smoothing the edges Bottom to up Showing its sign of life Out of darkness Stirs and spins Spoon gathering all To different places and dimensions Given the lives We are suppose to live Greater than we can imagine New tastes to explore New sights to see How small we are With the will to adapt and change Becoming the best of ourselves Cheers... © Sue Sanzz 2020
