Talisman

The witch & I are one He cast a spell over the moon He promised me love He promised it soon I dove into a cauldron Headfirst into a brew I needed a phoenix talon To wash my heart anew The witch & I are friends He gave me his talisman We wrote out names in blood We were both freshmen On a tree our names engraved Running through hemlock groves Swimming through moonlit waves Our friendship grows into a cobalt haze The witch & I are one He cast a spell over the sun He gave me his wand I gave him my hand Through blood we are saved A different brood Going through a faze.
