Talent
write your best
but don't stray from conventions
or you won't win awards
make people think
make people dream
but don't stray too far from conformity
no one cares unless you've got friends
or connections
or someone up high
or just enough money
to get their dead veins pulsing again
talent is 20% of success
don't let the romantic optimists tell you otherwise
