Take Good Care of Yourself
Take good care of yourself,
Recover and get well soon;
Listen to beautiful music,
Let not your soul be out of tune.
Take good care of yourself,
Eat fruits and vegetables;
Drink lots of water daily,
Let health be one of your goals.
Take good care of yourself,
Never skip your breakfast;
Let your body be always strong,
Yes, from dawn till dusk.
Take good care of yourself,
Go to bed early, not too late;
Have enough good night sleep,
Let the next day be so great.
Wake up with a happy heart,
Get your smile from the shelf;
Ask God for guide and protection,
Take good care of yourself.
