Symphony of the soul

Ink flows like tears, a cathartic stream As emotions swirl, a maelstrom's dream Poetry's solace, a refuge I've found Where heart and mind entwine, a healing ground Through verse, I've learned to navigate pain To confront the demons that would remain Unspoken words, a weight that's hard to bear But on the page, they lose their sting and care With every line, a burden's lifted high As emotions clarify, and tears dry The fog of feelings, once a jumbled mess Now yields to insight, and a clearer dress In this creative dance, I've found my voice A means to process life's turbulent choice To make sense of the chaos that I've known And find a sense of peace, a heart that's made whole Through poetry's lens, I've gained a new sight A deeper understanding of life's plight The ebb and flow of emotions, now a tide I ride with ease, no longer a helpless guide With each new poem, a piece of me takes flight A fragment of soul, now free from endless fight The weight of thoughts, a burden I've laid down As words flow forth, a sense of calm is found In this creative space, I've discovered me A reflection of emotions, set free to be No longer trapped, but flowing like a stream A symphony of soul, a heart that's serene The seizures, fewer now, the stress subsides As poetry's balm, my heart and mind abides A healthier me, a soul that's more at peace A life that's richer, with each poetic release Through poetry's power, I've found my inner strength A resilience that's grown, a heart that's length A deeper empathy, a compassion that's wide A soul that's more awake, a heart that's alive In this poetic journey, I've found my way A path that's winding, but leads to a brighter day Where emotions flow, and words set me free A soul's symphony, a heart that's full and me.
