Sweet Remorse

I was walking in the night, And the shadows followed my tracks, All my skeletons came to fight. But I couldn't fight back. They Pushed and pulled and clawed their way through, All I had to do is let them through. Sweet remorse in me , Sweet remorse in my shadows, Let the Lies fly free, Let my Past shake the willows! I tried to stand but the darkness kept pushing I used my lies as a fall as a crutch cushion. But I can not hide from me. Let my past flow free! I am not who I was before. I know now I am more. So shine bright! Put your shadows in the light !!! Sweet remorse in me, Sweet remorse in my past , I am finally free, Free at Last ! My shadows are writhing , And light is shining, They are hiding, fighting, biting .... From the warrior inside rising! I push them back and lock the door, They can't hurt me any more , My past is gone I am new ! So I will shine bright and true! No more Remorse, It'll make it worse! I NEED TO SHINE ! I NEED RISE! I need to look past my shadows! And sing through the willows ! My Skeletons are gone, I get to rise and sing a new song ! My weight is lifted, My strength has shifted. I WILL SHINE ! I WILL RISE!!!!
