Sweet Love (Saraband Sonnet (French Quatrains))

My love, my heart, it’s not been long, but has been many lives before, for passion is an ageless song. Our souls have joined in love once more, the joyous love that is our core. To kiss your lips is tasting love and reach the shining stars above. But time apart is slow and dull, alone I have no reason why the poet left to muse and mull of when I see the twilight sky by gazing deep into your eye, I touch the worlds beyond divine, when in your arms, sweet love of mine.
