Sweet Little Cat

I once had a calico. The best was she. Every morning she would come to me daintily on tiny feet, wanting food to eat. I miss that sweet little cat. My joy was replete till cancer made her retreat. From her pain she had to be set free. I once had a calico. The best was she. Jan. 22, 2023 for Writing Challenge - Andaree Form - Poetry Contest Sponsor: Constance La France

This is a beautiful poem that is all about a cat. Andrea, I believe that this poem is a useful class to teach how to use your own gorgeous form in many contexts.

If you cannot get this your own form going, who can? I spent so much time on it. All in all, it is a lovely poem about a cat. I have no pets but I would prefer a dog.
