Sunshine In My Life

Sunshine in my life Is what you seem to be So you should know How it feels to me Sunshine is so magnetic It kind of pulls me to it Even if it’s passing by Only for just a bit Like the sunshine To me you’re very hot Not very many others Have what you’ve got But I know if it’s not Shining in front of me here It will certainly always be Shining somewhere When a little ray of sun Peeps through a cloudy day It puts a smile on my face And chases the blues away When the sun warms me up It’s really no surprise That I begin to melt And even close my eyes After I’m left with a tan And my face is all a glow Like being kissed by the sun I can’t hide, it naturally shows Even on a very cold day Sunshine has a warm touch Filling my heart with joy to share Because there is just so much There really has been many Gloomy periods of time Where it seemed to be so long Without any sunshine So when the sun is back That’s probably why I get Just way overly happy And so very excited No matter what adventures My life is bringing me through The sunshine is always calming And full of peacefulness too I’m glad you’re in my life Bringing the sunshine too Even if it’s bits & pieces I still want to thank you!
