You are a Flower in my Garden
Personification
Contest by Tania Kitchin
Sunflower
Me sunflower blooming on flower bed.
Garden with varieties of plants and trees
Colourful blossoms yellow-pink- orange-red,
Snow white, visited by butterflies -bees.
All day long gazing and facing at Sun
dim or bright, turning head from East to West.
Among cluster of sunflowers, I'm One.
Beside us scarlet roses admired best.
Cheerful chirping sparrows dance delighted.
Big flamboyant tree stands proud at a nook.
Chipmunks climb up- down, always excited.
Tiny grass- blooms, I don't ignore to look.
