Sunday
It was a bright sunny day in July
When he tosses me in the air with a smile
He really made me believe that I could fly
What an inherent memory that's worthwhile
We walked hand in hand in the park
Flowers are all in bloom and the birds sing
I hide behind him when I heard the dogs bark
Feeling secured that's what he brings
Years gone by and this is me
Enjoying an equal sunny day with my dad
Sit in the shade of a large tree
With gratitude for all Sundays we had
