Sun Scarred

Mirrored memories, glaring shards,
beam countless points of light, glass hard,
about my mind. I did not know,
you still could reach my soul. Love glow--
thought dead--moons, reflecting off my heart, sun scarred.

A profound piece with a metaphoric message in your last lines. This is brilliantly written Faye. It should do really well in the contest.

Very interesting form and content matter here, Faye. The moon and sun are themes I love to write on. I'm interested in the use of imagery in this piece to reflect on memories and reality. Kindly check your mail! Thank you.
