Summer Kiss
Summer Kiss
I've dreamt of summer days of long ago
when we were young, and how love came along
from out of secret places we don't know
and nourished by what was that summers' song;
o! how my heart it races, to the sound
of this our song, it makes my spirits soar
and brings my mind to dwell on love we'd found,
though love was not what we were looking for;
and when I hear our song, I think on this,
of how our lips first met--it made me cry;
to think that love was borned, just from that kiss,
it's something that I've never questioned why.
and I could feel your breath upon my cheek
it left me with no words my heart could speak.
