Summer Dream

Summer Dream Note: This is Ms Huang's first poem and English is a second language, so helpful comments are welcomed and encouraged. (This was a collaboration in class.) Summer Dream by Lanier Thomas and Adele Huang I dream along a summer’s day as I walk through fields on my way. A butterfly flies beside me Trying hard to seek feeling free. The birds sing their glad songs of praise And freedom rings with each new phrase. The lovely flower attracts a bee Asking it to make sweet honey. Come with me and join on my stroll And dream my dream for good of soul.
