Stumbling Blindly
She was again in my life
disguising herself as my much missed best friend
Wanting her so blindly
I let her break my heart again
Together we spent most of our day
and a few intimate nights
becoming closer just as we were before
Without any warning she turned away again . . .
she decided she doesn't want to know me any more
Now that I am to move on
Tell me, where do I go from here
and how do I start
When all that I can do
is to stumble through . . .
the shattered pieces of my broken heart
