Stumble

Father I have done so many things that displeases you. I have said things that made me appear so brand new But my heart still remains humble though my mind is out of range. Am I too far gone, or is there still hope for a change? The seasons come and go thats the same with people. Blessings come and go but its not the same with evil Can you hear my cry? let it not go in vain And if you see my heart then let it direct my brain. Let me be lead by your cause and not because of greed. My wait seems endless, while the weight is more than I need. Now pain has no life while I gaze through my pane. Do I appear different, or am I the same? Is my heart still humble, or is it reacting strange? See me for who I am and not what I've become. Help me to see people and not what they have done. My actions may stumble while my heart remains humble So if I am out of range then I only need you in my life to stop acting strange. By: Germaine Thompson
