Straight From a Lonely Heart
When the heart seeks and yearns for so long
When it finds it holds so strong
The silent lonely heart needs where to belong
On a lone bed I feel everything is wrong
Too many unspoken words, so many reasons I can't sing a song
I asked why love should keep me away for so long
Before another busy lonely day will shade
I pray God to lead me or her to the shade
I mean to meet a damsel that both hearts will proclaim
Because all I need is love, most meek that I can claim
With the unspoken words from a heart so meek and plain
All I need is true love not an airplane
When money and riches couldn't solve my pain
The daughters of this world; all they need is my gain
That is why I'm out to search for love without stain Before the dawn, my heart saw pure love without disdain
Up, I'm gone to make her know my love say
I mean I have found you give it in, and see how love can pay
