Storms

Storms arising high up in the sky Dark clouds pass on bye Lightning strikes the ground below As the rain hits and the waters start to grow. People scurry across the land, as this storm is at hand. The waters flood the banks and creeks now these people will have to retreat. Floods bring damage, and most homes lost, this storm is at a dreary cost. Storms bring havoc and damaging winds those lives are changed and the storm wins.

There is no messing with Mother Nature. It can be so frightening. :)

You surely write from experience, Anita! The storms you describe are very much like real ones. Fortunately in Malta we do not have frequent severe storms, though once in a while nature comes to remind us of her strength! ~ Regards // paul
