Storms
I've always had a
fascination
Whenever there's an
indication
That a calming sky
of blue
Will erupt and turn
into
Black clouds that
are really livid
It's a sight that's
very vivid
As cold raindrops do
not fizzle
Working their way
from a drizzle
To a downpour fast
and frightening
Bolts of sparks from
into lightening
Glowing with blue
shocks of color
Inviting loud noisy
thunder
To join in while
hurricanes
Start blowing a
windy reign
Of destruction and
collapse
Tornadoes awake from
their naps
Invading with force
that's not mild
Twirling in a dance
that's wild
Now the sky is
turning white
Flakes of snow are
taking flight
Shimmering like
drops of ice
That sparkle in such
grand fashion
Hale slams as it is
crashin'
Hard and fast while
it is falling
Mother nature is not
stalling
This storm party
that is ready
To combine its
strengths so steady
And give us a show
that we
Watch from inside so
comfortably
