Stop
Stop trying to please everyone else,
It's not your job
To be responsible for everyone except yourself.
You don't have to be strong anymore,
It's okay to be vulnerable,
and it's okay to cry.
Because you deserve to be
happier than you are,
And helping others
won't help you
fix yourself,
because we were born
to be real,
not to be perfect,
The people you helped,
the people you fixed
planted flowers in your lungs,
though they were beautiful,
you couldn't breathe.
So now it's time
it's time for me to ask you this:
Are you okay?
