Still In Love
Even though she say no,
There is one thing I know
I have something to show
When my light bright tomorrow
I’d without wings, fly like an arrow
Because the sky is never narrow
Why she’s still saying no,
I really and truly don’t know
But I hope in my tomorrow
That I shall flow over the furrow
And survive and never borrow
She is gone, yes I well know
But am still in love, do you know?
Am still pointed like an arrow
So tender loving to the marrow
This is very painful, I know
Seeing her melt into the thin row
But I have hope; she’d soon know
The usefulness of the arrow and bow
Just before the sun rises tomorrow
And feel the heat to the marrow
She is wicked, say like a bullet
But that won’t ever cut my gullet
She said she is very sorry
Because she knew I’d worry
She is in love with someone else
But it sounds just like a story tells
Am still embracing my sweet pains
Hoping to smile for some gains
I have been too committed
Though my friends never permitted
She was like a thorn in my flesh
But I've since remained so fresh
Now, I am totally misplaced
Wondering whom I may replace
My spirit still tells me this,
That my heart feels ample bliss
Whenever am with this girl
Even now that she rung the bell
Am still deeply in love
And I know I’d always be in love
But! With whom, I still can’t tell
