Still

In the still of the night, in the stillness of the room, I still can feel your presence within the gathering gloom. Still see your face, still feel your grace, still know your hopes and fears, Still miss your smile and all the while still taste your salty tears. Still lazy, still crazy even after all this time, Still wishing, still fishing for a reason to my rhyme. Still regret, still forget, still hope for my redemption, Still, in part, you have my heart, should I forget to mention. I know I’ll always miss you, you know I always will, if I never see you again, please know, I love you, still.
