Sticks and Stones

Sticks And Stones They say “sticks and stones may break your bones,” but they really don’t know how much more the words truly hurt. They only made a guess that only adamant objects do the damage. Physical pain goes away, but emotional pain never leaves, it haunts your past, present, and future. It’s the words and voices that tell you to hurt physically. Some words inspire you to stand above ground while others tear you down to the grave. So when they tell you “sticks and stones may break your bones but the words don’t hurt you.” They all lied.
