The last time I looked into those kind eyes I could see the love mixed in with a wanting to stay The last time I listened to the love in his words I sat with my coffee and he with his Postum The last time we talked of life, love and God I heard words I thought I wanted to hear The last time I held him in my arms in a kind embrace He said he was going back to New York to arrange The last time I told him good bye , I thought this is the last I did not know how right I would be The Last time I said goodbye, I knew this would be the last His ashes were given to the sea at the mouth of his Conception Bay The last time I thought of him was today While looking for a book I found one he gave me by Louise L. Hay Titled 'You can heal your life' Thank you Steve
