Stepping Through Time
His thrill for existence is on the balance
of a cup of coffee, whose concentric circles
are appearing. He can predict how many
concentric circles will appear and disappear
at the same time in every second;
eyes are so intent on the cup of coffee,
that his eyes feel as though they are burning.
Onlookers at the restaurant wonder and laugh,
as he tries to break his mind's monotony;
little do they know he can see through their lives,
like a magnifying glass.
As his time machine, his mind has made his emotions,
and meaning of emotions meaningless,
slowly merging him with the silent timelessness.....
