Statue of a Man
The statue of a man
Somehow lack's good grace
He only stares'
And take's up empty space
But then, we just
Simply choose to look away
-
Still moment's possess me
Mental notes' of silence
Signs' on the side of senility
Ackward at best
Fore the statue of a man
Stand's high above the rest
To stand and to serve
As a lesson to all
Whom have come befor
And have gone there after
That we are Men of many feature's
With life steaming from
The there-after
- And -
From the Heavens' from above
