Starry Starry Night

Away from the blackest fears tonight In this moment we live for Relaxed upon Fall's bitter evening We take in the city's rush below Innocence surrounds these heights Alone we are but the starry glow Velvet plush high above us now Not alone we are in a clear blue night Stars align to the scales watch us below They keep intact, forever I wonder how Obscurity above, I gaze to my side He looks on, with no conscious of what I know With this moment, I love him so Concealed it must, my look is now above I breathe in this rapture to keep inside But free it to the silent stars to trust I hold it to fate our signs will align Hopeless it is for one such poetic reverie Under one Summer's starry starry night.
