Spirit Rain
Out of the night surrounding you
There fall’s a rain that’s hard to view
Relaxing focus, you will find
A light mist, comes to mind
Fragments of light, all around
God’s Holy Spirit, falling down
Moving quickly looks like snow
Where it’s going, I don’t know
His Spirit, close to me
Kneels and prays, I can see
Angels turning, standing guard
Battle tested, fighting hard
Other spirits, passing by
Some bow, to say hi
Other’s kneel, on bended knee
Quickly rise, before they flee
He remains, beside me here
The Spirit of God, always near
Sitting with me, in this place
My Holy Spirit, full of grace
One divine, promise to know
In all the places, you may go
And any land you travel new
There fall’s a rain that’s hard to view
