Spending Christmas All Alone

Spending Christmas all alone, not even a ringing of the phone. No knock on the door, No one to share this with no more. How can this be, when last year she was with me. What did I do, to make this Christmas blue. The tree is lit and the fire is hot, the memories is all I got. The hot coco is sweet, the presents are wrapped very neat. I am sitting here waiting for a call, but what did I do, I can't recall. Did I say something wrong, or did I put something where it did not belong. I wish you would come back to me, thats what I want for christmas, you see. No present can take your place, no money can make our love erase. Please come home and spend Christmas with me, the door will be unlock and I'll be waiting by the tree. If midnight comes and I hear no phone, I will be spending Christmas all alone.
