Spectrum of Life

Their sky is blue, As the calmness they seek Their blood is red, Igniting pugnacious determination to survive Their sun is yellow Ever glowing golden ray of nurture Their forests are green Overlapping shrubs of mystery stirring curiosity Their hearts are violet, Like a bowlful of sweet yet sour grapes They are individuals Nothing more and nothing less They are me, you and all of us We are painters who colorize imagination Revealing the spectrum of life.
