I enjoy this poem very much. The words flow smoothly in a lyrical manner which makes it quite fun to read, the imagery is fantastic, and the repetition is varied in the best way. I believe this would be great in a children's poetry book. xx

Another lovely bird poem Darren - we seem to have many sparrows in the garden they love having 'baths' in the loose soil in our borders and make a heck of a mess. :-) hugs Jan xx
