Southern Ways

They say I have a Southern drawl. They tease because I use the word “ya’ll”. I really don’t understand all the concern Why I can’t another lingo learn. We all are different – each unique. So think about this when you must critique. My way may seem weird to you, But yours is weird to others too. “Soda” or “Pop” – what difference does it make? We all the same beverages partake. Whichever we like, it tastes the same. Each can decide the proper name. If you don’t like the lingo here Move to another – have no fear. If, however, you choose to remain, Don’t try to change us! Please refrain!

I taught in Beeville Texas where all soda pop was called COKE. Nothing as sweet as southern hospitality! (Maybe backyard bbq's come a close second! Love to see men cooking!) Don't change!
