Source Neglected
Every effort spent
And futility still breeds
All strength appropriated
Nothing just fails to stand
Anxiety breeds
Despair takes root
Doubt and fear,
Hand in hand they court
None to the rescue
All help wander away
And next to nothing holds sway
Any solace to hold on?
Has the voice ceased to speak?
Will voidity remain still?
A change must come
And shall be
Only when the heart is stayed
Twined with the source
