I think the banjo is the happiest instrument in the world so it fits perfectly. Rock on Banjo Jack!

I mean that he was touring as one of the Lettermen while one of them was taking a break for the summer. What else has our Jack done??

well, whaddaya know? I had no idea. How cool was he!!! This reminds me how i was teaching when i found out one of my teaching peers had been a "Letterman" of the lettermen group. But he was one that was just subbing for a few months. now I can't even think of the guy's name. geeez.

I remember reading a poem of Jack's about how he played the banjo - BUT I didn't realise we had a superstar in our midst:-) great informative write Judy:-)

A little confusion here... my fault! I was the banjo player for The Canadiana Folksingers in the early 60s! Sorry about that! We did have some fame here in Canada though on TV and on records! Sorry, Mr. Tim!
