Sometimes decisions get conflicted between desire and lust Sometimes facts get distorted between deceit and mistrust Sometimes glory stands tall between valor and strength Sometimes humility hides between modesty and contempt Sometimes there’s no silver lining between the clouds and the sky Sometimes we have no vision when we open our eyes Sometimes we get trapped between light and dark Sometimes were so close and yet were still miles apart Sometimes hearts get shattered between the truth and a lie Sometimes emotions get suppressed between a smile and a cry.
