Something Is Missing

Like a piece of a puzzle and the twist of fate seemingly deceptive charm sets flames in her heart gazed glory she could not resist sweet, amber feeling of something missing it is hidden, enchanted from the world of true devotion. She looked around, seen the world of darkness and defeat no body to console, no one to hold, only emptiness on this lonely road she traveled the distance to the moon and back just to find that something missing inside her heart. She wished she could chew the bitter taste of betrayal of the one who said he’ll be there but deserted the heart that loves and embraces the soul that hates Lovely face of an angel lighted up her way to find that something she had lost in this world of solitary and dismay she has nothing to boast. Plain of hardships in the valley of untruthfulness the generosity of a love blossoms contemplate the genuine kindness of the spirit that cares to dare the sorrows and grieves She wondered what is missing. She wondered why emptiness lingered inside of her invading her inner point with fumes of delusions and false hopes cutting happiness to depart from her veins, and so she bled. What life has to offer; for the one who laugh while tears rolling down her cheeks? A bundle of unchained affection of her defenseless being covers enormous part of her lonely heart Making it vulnerable even to a streaming sun light pulled on by a carriage of fears from the past of undefined illusions. perfectly molded by the rivers of valiant confessions, the predicament of her life time. Mirror of a dark past flowed like a stream towards the sea of unforgettable heartaches she swayed her way like a log floating on the elusive truth in the myth of the present reality. And what is this emptiness she’s feeling? The longing of a warm touch of an icebreaker; or a quite whisper of a stranger? In the heart of a lone fighter, something is missing.

Maria,, Welcome to Poetry soup, I hope you enjoy the community. Here, you will find friendly poets who enjoy supporting one another. I myself, enjoy reading and commenting those who want to be read. The only time I give constructive criticism is when a poet desires it. However, if for some reason the poem is not my field I will guide you to someone who is more qualified than I. Stop by and read one of my poems if you like. My poems are not perfect, but I have a feeling you might like one. I encourage you to check out the contest page and read to receive comments. Tell me a little about your poetic skills if you like. It will be my pleasure to follow and read every poem you post from here on :) We are Lucky To Have you. Your New Poet Friend @-> LINDA <-@"
