So Sad

So sad So sad, that everything, living sadly; both animals and plants Ants are no longer find in our homes; Are sad; seeing their future crushed by man's starvation. The sky weeping; the sea mourning, the road sweating; Sweating out the bloods ; guns and missiles poured as liberation. So sad, nothing is working but war and corruption flourishing Marriages are not working but gay and divorce smiling in victory. So sad, that jobs are doing worse; but politics flourishing across nations. Nothing is working; so sad. Only hope of man - democracy ; not working either; but scandals and sexual galore among leaders; rolling out results. So sad, all men are tested anger positive. No one think right neither act humanly, We are weak in strength to win life challenges but stronger, creating sorrow for others. So sad, that we see dead bodies on the roads; on the street of cities. Children no longer grow up to see their parents, those that flew out of war with parents ; floating on high sea, swimming to congested Nations for slavery. Looking at faces, drum beat of war starring hard. So sad, that top leaders have seized the occasion to make big trade The monkeys are jumping from barboo to another, mocking man Watching naked women and children sleeping on leaves all nights, So sad, animals and plants are comfortable but man miserable. Our selfishness has denied us hope; so sad. - Omojevwe Emmanuel Brown.
