So Alive

I look up at the sky.. I thank god for bringing back the tears to my eyes.. And now once again… Im feeling these emotions that I can express with a pen… I sit and I write.. Finally knowing and believing I have support in this life… Ive been blind for too long… Im finally opening up my eyes as im writing this song… Im not alone… In the rooms of recovery is where I found my new home… Now I have hope… That my life will get better as I put down the dope… Now I have a chance to make all my wrongs right… Ive changed my circumstance in order to better my life… I feel so alive… And from now on in this world I am determined to thrive… I thank the Lord… And I say thank you to all the people who showed me their support By: Albert Rosebruch
