Snow Globe
The snow falls as far as you can see all around.
I walk the powdered street without a sound.
The flakes fall lightly onto my face.
It actually feels refreshing in this quiet place.
My loving dog has on her pink winter coat.
Even with a hood that bobs when she prances,
Like a buoy from a boat.
I laugh at her in this snow globe it seems to be
With swirling snow around us in our glee.
If only we could stay in a moment we find like this.
Life would be constantly filled with such bliss
Or shake it like a snow globe whenever we choose
To have the moment back whenever we want muse.
