Slumbering, I dreamed that Sugar crystals drifted Softly from pink sky till Sunrise, when I awoke. Sweetness greeted my eyes. Sifted by angels, it Shimmered in winter’s dawn. Written Nov. 19, 2015

Lovely image, and a cosy feel. Nice piece of writing. As for Haibun-Freeastyle, if the bit that follows the prose looks like a poem, or even smells like a poem, then it's in. So go for it, create away.

Andrea, to use photos with your poems contact Soup headquarters (email) and should give you directions. I've done this before with them and they've been very helpful. Lovely poem, but I hate snow. /M
