Snap Out of It

Every flake and flicker and flame of my heart The glass all shattered and it all fell apart The days we spent and the times we smiled Seconds with you kept my soul like a child The days now drag until I glimpse you again The sight of you fills me with throbbing pain My pieces of heart still long and yearn too You the seconds together, the time with you The blame myself for the pain i now feel But thoughts in my head i expertly conceal I can't go on with wasting these days I'll pull myself out of this wallowing phase
