Snafu
“Sorry, coach, I messed up the play,” said the sweating cager.
“No problem, son,” replied the coach, promptly benching him.
After the game was lost, the poor chap received all the blame.
Failures in life are always followed by a lot of finger-pointing
Until you say ‘enough is enough’ and simply leave the scene.
