Slumber So Deep
Dearest love, I hope Ill see you again.
Pray dream of, for our hearts shall win.
These last words, I write for you.
Goodbye so absurd, we'll start anew.
Our shared years, keep me alive.
My horrible fears, will not thrive.
I lie here, thinking of face.
I fall not a tear, for your thoughts replace.
Screams of lust, we'll continue to cry.
With you my heart I trust, love will never die.
You are everything, to my fragile heart.
Silently I sing, soon our time shall start.
When you get this, my beloved dear,
Think of my kiss, and fall not a tear.
In my mind, I look into your eyes.
Serenity i'll find, as the horror shy's.
Our calm tune, reaches the crescendo.
We'll kiss soon, I hope you know.
I see you smile, as I fall asleep.
I'll awake in a while, in slumber so deep.
This emptiness, has darkened my dreams.
Struggle is useless, can't you hear my screams.
These chains constrict me, I swear I'll be free.
Heroes always pay, with their own blood.
We'll be together one day, as I fight through our teary flood.
Has this been true, will I surely die?
I think of you, and can't help but cry.
I walk away, path to the gallows.
In my heart you'll stay, I hope this shows.
My dear, we'll make this work.
I'll always be here, in your mind I lurk.
Swallow your tears, I beg of you.
For the rest of our years, love will remain true.
