Six Feet

SIX FEET Six feet under, Still thinking about one thing or the other Judgement day looming behind all I ponder Was the only thing which makes me wonder: The thought of years of blunder And divorce between I and Brenda Is a life dissipated and gone down yonder Which finally and forever tore us asunder A curtain-call through the aid of murder Was sadness and weakness that struck me like thunder Now, what shall I render But to wish my path isn't trodden by my brother. If life was worth it, I'll have dreamt another A wish as wishful as a castle in the air I won't bother. VickWizzy Vick Manuel Poetry {VMP} Copyright © 2009
