Six Chairs Up
Six chairs up the air
On a unsteady ground that trembles
The first chair is a bear, the last a dare
The grass just the right hair
She balances on the sixth chair blindfolded
Free like a bee on a tree
Unique like a pea in a sea
Improper like Alice in wonderland
Because this is her fantasy
She will rise higher with every highway
May seem crazy and extreme
But a dream only needs a stairway
The web of breath is a dancing smoke
The purple balls bounce up and down
Like apples ripe falling from trees
She inhales and exhales, each chair an air
