Simply To One

Simply to one, Let's return to the start, Time and age, Doesn't make a stronger heart. Take a slow step backwards, Forget the words, Carried on raised voices, Sent to tear apart, Everything from the start. Go back two places, Search your mind for the moment, When we only wanted to be together, Before the twist and turns of life, Stepped in beneath the sheets, And pulled us apart. Last chance, throw yourself back ten, Remember the days we spent, So happy just being togther, Remember the nights, Spent holding each other. Rember every feeling, That made it feel so right. So easy to throw away so much, So much harder to go back, Simply to one. Simply to one, Wish I could go back to the start, Time and age, Doesn't make a stronger heart.
