Simple Pleasures

Simple Pleasures "What are they?"
I guess I've long forgotten
It seems my pleasures stem today
From things that I have boughten
I used to love the mountain air
At least I think I did
With the morning mist each day
And all the magic that it hid
But now the air smells stale and faint
A struggle to inhale
It makes me sneeze and often wheeze
My friends say I look pale
Why can't I run just for fun
Splashing feet in mud filled puddles
Seeing faces in the clouds
Feeling solace, as we cuddle
We're going back tomorrow
Leaving all this stuff behind
And live among the mountain tops
Making simple pleasures, mine
