Silent Voice, Silent Voice

Silent Voice, Silent Voice Silent Voice, Silent Voice Harboring deep within Words of wisdom, full of grace Snared in entangled chains of fear Yearning to be spoken. Silent Voice, Silent Voice Isolated in a world so cold and cruel Contemplating to embrace the driven desire to dance freely towards fate Without fear of being broken. Silent Voice, Silent Voice Have faith! Let the knowledge of truth Be the wings that guide you through the perilous journey to escape, the silent rage that has bound you. Grasp on to, and cling to all that you are. Silent Voice, Silent Voice It's time, it's time Freedom has irrevocably found you Silent Voice, Silent Voice.

This could be a cry for the abused in the world. Too many silent voices. They need to be heard. I liked this as I can relate to it working with kids.

Anyone who works with Gods children, will surely be blessed in heaven. I truly believe that. We are all responsible for keeping the children safe. Please, anyone if you see a child in need, HELP! STOP THE CYCLE. I didn't write this poem for that reason , but if it speaks to you in this way, I am truly blessed! Thank You for reading this.

This is a great piece of wisdom. I've always been of the philosophy of speaking my mind when I known when someone is in need. This world today teaches that it is better not to invovle or self in others affairs, but true friends don't sit on sidelines watching others in dispair. I'd like to see more of your work soon.

Thank you for stoping by. It's true, all too often people turn a blind eye to what's right. We are the most educated society to walk the face of the earth, and look at us. It truly is sad. I'am thankful though, for knowing who I am and what I am about. I'll try to get my pen back to work. Thanks again.

Thank you for another visit to my poems. This is so awesome, to be able to connect with people, who are as pasionate as you are about the same intrests. It aides, in keeping the desire to write even more. What more could an aspiring "poeteer" ask for?

It's so true...poems are a way of sharing that "silent voice" with others and I have never seen that stated before. Thank you for sharing your poetic voice! (Thank you for also commenting on my poem...much appreciated.)

For many years I kept my voice silent. I'm mostly a lyrist, (non- famous, non- published) but, I've always enjoyed poetry. Especially of poets of the past. If only there were a way to get people to read it,in a poetic way, and not as if they were reading the "daily news."
